What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact (phone & in-person)

Support patient intake, scheduling, and documentation

Confirm deliveries and complete data entry

Assist with billing, payments, and insurance questions

Maintain records (scan, file, fax)

Support equipment setup, returns, and basic warehouse tasks

Conduct follow-ups and customer satisfaction calls

What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years of office or customer service experience

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Basic computer skills (data entry, Outlook)
