Position Summary...

A Market Health & Wellness Director will lead the teams and performance of 10-12 pharmacy and optical locations. This position is a unique opportunity to elevate your healthcare experience to an operational role and influence the patient experience for a larger community.

What you'll do...

Ensure an outstanding patient experience by recruiting and supporting healthcare professionals, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering trusted patient relationships.

Develop and implement service standards that align with patient needs, resolve complaints, and support patient services.

Build strong relationships with your team of healthcare providers by creating a supportive practice environment and responding to their needs.

Drive business growth by analyzing market trends, collaborating with management, and executing sales and marketing strategies.

Oversee financial performance by meeting sales and profit goals, controlling expenses, and guiding managers in financial planning.

Ensure compliance with laws and company policies, oversee safety and quality assurance, and provide training on procedures and HIPAA.

Attract and retain top talent through recruitment, development, mentorship, and succession planning.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree and 4 years experience supervising managers who exercise independent judgment and make employment decisions OR BA/BS degree and 2 years Health and Wellness management experience OR 7 years experience supervising managers who exercise independent judgment and make employment decisions OR 5 or more years of Health and Wellness management experience.
