The program begins in October 2026 with a 12-month rotational phase across key Turnpike departments including planning, environmental management, design, program management, construction, materials, maintenance, traffic operations, tolling and others. The subsequent 12-month immersion phase will focus on one selected area of interest. Throughout the program, participants receive mentorship from senior engineers and industry leaders.
