Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21 an hour with weekly pay on Friday's.

Schedule: Part Time-15-25 hours a week.

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Performing accurate data entry, preparation, and maintenance of reports using Microsoft Excel, reporting to the Office Manager.

Managing filing systems and ensuring efficient organization of documents, both physical and digital.

Supporting day-to-day administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a minimum of 5 years of administrative or office experience.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
