Total Facilities are approximately 1.5 million sq. ft. at multiple sites.

Colorado State University Pueblo is seeking applications for a Structural Trades II.
This position is only open to state of Colorado residents and is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
This position performs a wide range of skilled building maintenance and repair work to support the appearance, safety, and functionality of campus facilities. Responsibilities include repairing and finishing walls, ceilings, flooring, and other interior and exterior building surfaces; performing preventative maintenance inspections; and maintaining campus standards for finishes and materials. The role also supports inventory management, safety compliance, work order documentation, and cross-functional Facilities operations, including event support, contractor coordination, and emergency response activities such as snow removal. The position works closely with campus stakeholders to ensure maintenance projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with University standards and regulatory requirements.

The minimum qualifications for this position are established by the State of Colorado. Per the State criteria, candidates are able to use a year for year exchange in related education for experience.
Experience Only:
Four (4) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position
OR
Education and Experience:
A combination of related education, formalized apprenticeship program, and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to four (4) years.
Conditions of Employment:
