Manager (2H) - FP&A Electric Operations

Required Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years experience

Preferred Education/Experience

Master's Degree and 2 years experience

Relevant Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of FP&A-related experience, required.

Demonstrated strong quantitative and presentation experience, required.

Understanding and familiarity with ConEds business (e.g., services provided, current events) and FP&A function (e.g., objective, role, deliverables), required.

Proficient use of MS Office and budgeting tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP), required.

Understanding of accounting principles (e.g., income statement, balance sheet), required.

Demonstrated critical thinking capabilities and proactive qualities, required.

Strong verbal and written skills, including presentation skills, required.

Demonstrated ability to influence decision making, required.

Engineering and operations experience, preferred.

Supervisory experience, preferred.

Familiarity with data visualization and manipulation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx), preferred.

Familiarity with work management systems (e.g., WMS, Maximo), preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds

Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds

Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday

Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday

Ability to read small print and symbols

Work rotating shifts, including nights, midnights, weekends and holidays

Additional Physical Demands

The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
