Job Title: Electrical Construction Project Manager / Safety Lead (Data Center Infrastructure)
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager / Safety Lead to oversee the buildout of critical infrastructure within large-scale data center environments. This role is responsible for managing electrical construction activities, driving project execution, and ensuring world-class safety performance across a ground-up construction project.
This individual will work closely with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality electrical infrastructure while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage electrical construction activities for data center infrastructure projects, including power distribution, cabling, and critical systems.
Serve as a primary onsite leader driving both project execution and safety performance across all trades.
Oversee General Contractor and subcontractor activities, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and safety expectations.
Implement and enforce site safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
Identify safety risks and proactively drive corrective actions to reduce incidents and improve overall site safety performance.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure delivery aligns with timelines and quality standards.
Partner with engineering, operations, and construction teams to resolve technical and execution challenges.
Develop and maintain reporting on project status, safety metrics, and operational performance.
Lead safety trainings, site audits, and toolbox talks to reinforce a strong safety culture.
Analyze safety data (TRIR, WPS, etc.) and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Support workforce planning, contractor coordination, and field team leadership.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in construction project management and/or construction safety leadership, preferably within electrical or mission-critical environments
Strong background in data center construction, electrical systems, or large-scale infrastructure projects
Proven experience managing general contractors and subcontractors onsite
Deep understanding of construction safety practices and regulatory requirements

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
