Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and processes to restore performance and minimize downtime.
Redesign or modify tooling and machine components to improve reliability, sustainability, and overall performance.
Implement design changes on existing machines and validate that fixes effectively resolve identified problems.
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and controls teams to support continuous improvements and ensure alignment.
Test updated designs to ensure they meet quality, consistency, and uptime requirements.
Track issues, design changes, and implemented improvements to prevent repeat problems and build a knowledge base.
Manage timelines and costs while implementing engineering solutions, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Ensure all redesigned equipment and tooling meet applicable safety standards, including OSHA and ANSI requirements.
Monitor results after implementation, analyze performance data, and adjust designs or processes as needed.
