Weekly Pay

Paid Time Off Programs (incl. vacation, paid sick time, holiday pay). Newly hired full-time employees will receive a one-time pro-rated allocation of up to 24 hours of vacation in their first calendar year depending on the month of hire. Up to 48 hours of paid sick time, or in accordance with applicable state law. You will receive up to 9 holidays per year, depending on the month of hire.

Job Description:

Retail Support Training & Process Lead

What You'll Do

Manage learning resources, equipment and materials effectively to deliver high impact training, onboarding, and process coaching experiences to new and veteran employees

In conjunction with Management, facilitate training & onboarding of permanent and temporary employees, communicate policies and procedures to new and veteran employees as needed

Own assigned area training content and documentation; creates/updates accurate and useful information on job tasks, SOPs and training aids/visuals

Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities in relation to business goals and frequently report on progress

Support the Operational Team in the implementation of change based on continuous improvement activities

Provide support, guidance and auditing for Associates and Support Trainers

Actively seek, clarify and understand information from Operations and the Frontline that leads to an understanding and ownership of RSC performance and goals

Constantly improves the long-term capabilities of the area to which he/she is assigned.

What you need to succeed:

Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.

Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.

Minimum one (1) year warehouse or training experience preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook

Experience using computers to develop materials, presentations and use of email and knowledge of internet/intranet

Training knowledge and/or experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to give and receive feedback effectively

Result orientated and pro-active attitude with a strong sense of conviction

Meets time commitments and deadlines, or negotiates accordingly

Models the W.E.L.I.G.H.T. Values

High School diploma or GED

Team Member must be in Great Standing (Attendance, Safety, Quality, Productivity, Teamwork) without written corrective action in the past 12 months.
