As the scope, scale, and pace of transformation increases, the Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology & Data Analytics Officer requires a highly trusted strategic partner to help translate vision into execution, maintain organizational coherence, and ensure the leadership agenda lands with clarity, rigor, and impact.

This role acts as a force multiplier for the Chief of Staff to assist in strategic analysis, executive communication, and delivery discipline. It is designed as a stretch role for a high-potential leader, offering significant exposure, complexity, and accountability.

The Senior Analyst, Chief of Staff Enablement serves as a strategic partner and execution engine for the Chief of Staff and the Chief Technology & Data Analytics Officer. The role operates at the intersection of strategy, transformation, portfolio execution, communication, and operating rhythm.

This position is highly integrative and enterprise-facing. It requires the ability to shape narratives, connect complex interdependencies, drive follow-through across leaders, and ensure that priorities translate into measurable outcomes.

While not a people manager by default, the role carries a high degree of opportunities to influence and engage with leaders across the organization and accountability for outcomes that span teams, functions, and regions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Orchestrate Strategic Initiatives & Operating Rhythm for the Chief of Staff (30%)

Ability to build and execute a plan to solve the problem, including: project timeline, identifying/ managing interdependencies, identifying key owners and stakeholders, managing budget and vendors (as needed), surfacing and mitigating risks

Support Chief of Staff in driving Operating Rhythm, ensuring clear agenda and preparation, management of LT calendar, proactive planning to ensure right topics are prioritized and discussed, and that commitment are honored across leaders and teams.

Manage TechXT forum, ensuring right engagement and delivery of objectives

Design and improve decision frameworks, escalation paths, and tracking mechanisms

Act as a connective leader across teams and functions, fostering alignment without formal authority

Translate Vision into Clear Narratives (30%)

Develop materials, working with leadership team, to communicate strategy, progress, and support needed. Synthesize complex inputs into crisp, executive-ready narratives

Operate independently in developing materials, recommendations, and communication approaches, with final validation from the Chief of Staff

Enable Decision Quality through Problem-Solving & Analysis (30%)

Work independently to analyze data and surface insights, with guidance from Chief of Staff on focus areas

Support governance decisions by ensuring leaders have the right information, options, and implications clearly articulated

Able to independently break a problem into its component parts and develop a methodical approach to finding a solution.

Able to structure complex issues, crunch massive data, intake + organize complicated insights from multiple sources

Navigates complex interdependencies across Technology, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Digital, Finance, and other enterprise functions. Solutions require negotiation, influence, and systems thinking.

Build Personal and Organizational Capability for the Future (10%)

Contribute recommendations on ways of working, operating model improvements, and leadership enablement opportunities.

Operate with moderate independence, piloting new approaches and continuously improving execution models.

Act as a role model for high-potential leadership, learning agility, and enterprise mindset

NOTES:

Decision-making & independence - No formal decision authority but by acting independently, exercises decisions over own pieces of work (e.g., analysis). Must be able to work independently, with direction on focus areas from Chief of Staff.

Budget Responsibility - No direct budget responsibility.

Leadership - No formal people management responsibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 2-5
