This is an opportunity to join a highly respected, collaborative team where you'll work directly alongside seasoned advisors, gain hands-on exposure to complex financial planning, and build the foundation for a long-term career in wealth management.

You'll be deeply involved in the full client journey-from preparing for meetings and building financial plans to helping implement recommendations and delivering a high-touch client experience.

You'll work closely with senior advisors while receiving structured mentorship, coaching, and real career development with the opportunity to grow into larger advisory responsibilities over time.

What You'll Be Doing

? Partner with Senior Advisors to support high-net-worth client relationships

? Help build and execute comprehensive financial plans

? Prepare for client meetings, analyze financial data, and implement recommendations

? Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Client Services to deliver a seamless experience

? Build confidence, judgment, and technical expertise to eventually manage relationships independently

Requirements

What They're Looking For

? 1-5 years of financial planning or wealth management experience

? Exposure to the planning process and a strong desire to grow in advisory

? SIE, Series 7, 66 (or 63/65), and Life & Health license (or ability to obtain)

? CFP® track or strong desire to pursue it

? Experience with planning tools like eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or RightCapital is a plus

? Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
