As a Security Officer - Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it's customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

What's in it for you:

Site Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

Set schedule: 32-40 hours per week

1st Shift: Thursday- Monday, 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm

2nd Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 9:00 pm- 5:30 am

3rd Shift: Saturday- Wednesday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

4th Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 pm - 5:30 am

5th Shift: Wednesday-Sunday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

6th Shift: Saturday - Wednesday, 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm

7th Shift: Friday-Tuesday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

8th Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 pm - 5:30 am

9th Shift: Friday -Saturday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

Wednesday - Thursday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

10th Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 pm - 5:30 am

11th Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

12th Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

13th Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm

14th Shift: Friday - Tuesday, 9:00 pm - 5:30 am

15th Shift: Monday - Thursday, 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Competitive hourly wage of $20.60 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:

Monitor the premises to ensure security

Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity

Control access points and verify identities

Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security

Write detailed reports on events and incidents

Collaborate with authorities during serious situations

Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Response Security Guard:

Be authorized to work in the U.S.

Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED

You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)

You are at least 21 years of age

Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations

Responsive and strong problem solving skills

Must have a valid driver's license
