Associate Professor of Clinical Practice - 40084 Faculty
Provide clinical care to patients with genetic and metabolic diseases. The individual will work collaboratively with other faculty and team members. The successful candidate will join ten clinical geneticists, eleven genetic counselors, and administrative staff in a thriving academic medical center including regional satellite clinics. The primary focus of this rolein clinical care in the general genetics' clinic.The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:1. Provide professional clinical services to outpatient and inpatient patients with known or suspected genetic disorders and inborn errors of metabolism.2. Share on-call responsibilities with the other genetics faculty.3. Participate in the education of genetic residents, medical students, pediatric residents, and genetic counseling students.
