Customer Service DispatcherOverview
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team! In this role, you'll be at the center of our delivery operations-coordinating service requests, supporting customers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from dispatch to completion.
You'll handle incoming requests, create and manage service tickets, and coordinate technicians for CO2 tank services, gas refills, and equipment-related needs. What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact by professionally handling and logging incoming customer calls.
Create and manage detailed service tickets for CO2 tank service, gas refills, equipment safety concerns, and related requests.
Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently to meet customer and operational needs.
Generate, track, and resolve billing dispute cases with accuracy and thorough documentation.
Assist customers with billing questions and service issues in a courteous and solution-oriented manner.
Coordinate logistics for deliveries and service calls to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Perform precise manual order entry and maintain up-to-date service records.
Maintain organized documentation for calls, tickets, and orders to support accurate tracking and reporting.
Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Follow established procedures and safety standards related to CO2 tanks and equipment.
Actively participate in training and continuously build knowledge of systems and processes.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
Demonstrate flexibility and reliability with scheduling, including weekends and varying shifts.
What You Bring
Core Skills
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
Experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or similar roles
High accuracy in data entry, order processing, and administrative tasks
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer navigation
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships
Flexibility to work weekends and adjust schedules as needed
Nice to Have
Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery coordination, or operations support
Experience in clerical, administrative, or order entry roles
Ability to remain calm and solution-focused when handling customer concerns or billing issues

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
