Retail Sales Associate

Our client, a leading player in the retail industry, is seeking a Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join their team. As a Luxury Retail Sales Associate, you will be part of the sales team supporting the store's overall success. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for home appliances, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Luxury Retail Sales Associate

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.00/hr

What's the Job?

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

Maintain a deep understanding of the store's product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.

Assist with store opening and closing procedures and support promotional activities.

What's Needed?

Previous experience in retail or customer service is a must.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Proficiency in conducting product demos is beneficial.
