Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker and Kitting Associate
Job Description
This role focuses on accurately picking orders and assembling math learning kits for municipalities and schools in a warehouse environment. You will work from pick sheets, handle inventory, and perform highly repetitive tasks with consistent attention to detail while using basic computer skills and math.
Responsibilities
Use pick sheets to accurately select and fill orders for municipalities and schools.
Repetitively assemble math learning kits that students will use in the classroom.
Perform the same kitting and assembly tasks consistently and efficiently throughout the shift.
Handle and move materials as part of general warehouse and material handling duties.
Support inventory processes by locating, counting, and organizing products as needed.
Use computers to look up information, follow order details, and update basic inventory data.
Apply basic math skills to verify quantities, counts, and order accuracy.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure correct items and quantities are picked and kitted.
Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients during occasional tours of the warehouse.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
Experience using an order picking sheet to select and fill orders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
Comfort with performing the same task repeatedly throughout the day.
Ability to use computers for basic tasks and data entry.
Ability to perform basic math for counts, quantities, and verification.
Clear verbal communication skills to speak with clients during warehouse tours.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience with order picking, inventory, stand-up material handling, and kitting.
Experience using ERP or MRP inventory tracking systems is preferred but not required.
Stable work history and consistent work tenure is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
