Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including typing, data entry, office administration, and handling construction reports.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate and efficient typing and data entry tasks.

Handle various office administrative duties.

Manage and process construction reports.

Assist with other tasks as needed to support the office.

Essential Skills

Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to perform accurate and efficient typing and data entry tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Open to entry-level candidates.

1-3 years of administrative experience is preferred but not required.

Experience does not need to be from the construction industry.

Work Environment

The role is based in the office with about 10 employees, operating Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmingdale, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
