About the role
The National Account Team Operations (NATO) Manager is responsible for providing strategic operational and business development management to ensure the growth of Adecco's largest accounts in the Major and Strategic National Account Management portfolio. This role acts as a first line of contact for all field contacts, internal support teams and the client as it relates to service & delivery, order fulfillment, contract compliance, client satisfaction, and reporting. NATO Manager strategically aligns with National Account Management Director to formulate strategies around innovation, client centricity, and continuous program improvement to ensure portfolio expansion, revenue growth and margin improvement.
What you'll be doing
Driving Performance
Strategically focuses on account growth goals (revenue, profitability, GM$, EBITA) set by NAM to deliver best-in-class service; maintains consistent communication with Adecco and Client stakeholders to support tactical and strategic activities and strengthen relationships
Partners with Client and Adecco Group to identify and remove operational roadblocks
Works with NAM and client on root cause analysis for service, financial, or relationship concerns; engages appropriate teams to execute action plans
Collaborates across Adecco Group to ensure proactive communication on forecasting, recruiting needs, contract changes, and fulfillment plans; trains field teams and shares best practices
Monitors KPIs; reviews client and associate surveys and drives improvement plans
Oversees billing/invoicing setup accuracy; resolves suppression and invoice issues; manages billing escalations; reviews delinquency reports and partners on action plans; supports PO management and rate updates
Maintains oversight of account financials, including profitability insights, accrual setup, monthly validation, and final rebate payments
Tracks SLA performance; validates penalties and accrual accuracy
Provides reporting, insights, and data for business reviews; presents trends, remediation, and backend data understanding
Delivers strategic reporting aligned to business goals; provides recommendations, completes client reporting, and maintains SOPs
Reviews risk trends with leadership and Risk Management to identify root causes and implement safety improvements
Demonstrates strong cross-functional communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Provides ad-hoc issue resolution and supports special projects
Operational Compliance
Conducts contract analysis; ensures compliance through proactive actions, investigation, and partnership with Corporate Compliance; escalates risks and leads annual audits
Ensures accurate system setup, documentation, pricing, screening, and invoicing; maintains ATLAS and account SOPs; communicates contract changes
Serves as primary contact for branches, AOPs, and centralized teams on operational and compliance matters
Maintains strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Develops processes to solve complex issues while meeting contract requirements and improving performance
Completes cadence tasks; documents activities and maintains contracts in Salesforce
About you
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Minimum five years of account management and client service experience in a high-volume, fast paced delivery model. Staffing experience required; Adecco Group experience required. Previous experience of recruitment strategy and implementation; including analytical expertise of recruitment processes and metrics is required.
Ability to prioritize, have strong attention to detail, organize and perform multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
Experience managing complex projects that may vary in nature and scope
Proactive in defining problems and implementing creative and sustainable solutions for resolution
Experience in modeling and deploying business improvement processes
Expérience in managing and coordinating teams across multiple business groups
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and translate findings to key stakeholders
Knowledge of and the ability to apply sound leadership practices, including developing colleagues by inspiring, encouraging and providing coaching to improve performance.
Adept at performing to established KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Strategic mindset and collaborative personality that thrives in a highly cross functional, cross-cultural environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
Must have ability to interface with all levels of staff and management, both internally and client-facing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook, and Powerpoint; ability to learn new software as required
Works well within shared team environment
May be required to travel up to 10%

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $59,342 - $108,794 Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
