Software Engineer
Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado (Hybrid)

Role Overview
This role is part of a high-visibility engineering group responsible for building and scaling an internal AI Tooling Platform designed to transform how developers work. The team is developing a centralized platform that provides guidance, governance, and tooling for AI-driven software development. This position offers a blend of hands-on engineering and strategic influence with the opportunity to shape the future of AI adoption within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Spend approximately 50% of the time on hands-on building and coding in a modern full-stack environment.
Dedicate about 20% of the time to designing and architecting scalable solutions for AI tool adoption and platform capabilities.
Partner with various development teams for roughly 20% of the time to drive the adoption of AI tools and frameworks.
Provide guidance on implementation and best practices to engineering teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on AI usage patterns, platform integrations, and developer workflows.
Contribute to the development of AI frameworks, reusable components, and internal tooling.
Participate in architectural discussions to help define standards for AI usage, governance, and system design.
Act as an internal evangelist by leading demos, knowledge-sharing sessions, and potential hackathons to build a community around AI adoption.
Support documentation, reporting, and analysis of platform usage and adoption trends.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-stack development experience.
Proficiency in at least two programming languages, with a preference for TypeScript and Python.
Experience with AI @context/harness engineering and knowledge of AI coding tools.
Interpersonal and communication skills to act as an evangelist, conduct demos, and run community events.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of architecture and system design.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise-level AI and governance frameworks.
Background in driving platform adoption or developer enablement initiatives.
Experience building or supporting AI platforms at scale.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $55.00 and $80.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and experience.
