Entry-Level Welder (MIG Welding) - 2nd Shift | Weekly Pay + Benefits

We're hiring an Entry-Level Welder to join our fast-paced manufacturing team! If you have MIG welding experience , enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow in a stable, high-demand skilled trade , this is a great opportunity to build your career.

In this role, you will help produce high-quality steel and aluminum components used in consumer and industrial products such as storage systems and climbing units.

Key Responsibilities

Operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate steel and aluminum parts

Set up welding machines, adjust settings, and replace wire spools and tips

Read and follow blueprints and work instructions

Inspect finished products using visual checks and measurement tools

Load and unload parts onto conveyor lines or designated areas

Use grinders to remove excess weld material and burrs

Monitor material usage and report shortages to supervisors

Track and record daily production output

Report equipment or mechanical issues promptly

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic experience with MIG welding (entry-level friendly)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work in a production or manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

Welding certification (highly preferred)

Experience with flux core welding or fabrication

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
