Warehouse Associates Needed - Mount Prospect, IL

Our client, a leader in logistics and sustainable packaging solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting packaging, refurbishment, and facility maintenance.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Mount Prospect, IL

Pay Range: $21 per hour

Shift: 8am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday)

What's the Job?

Inspect, clean, and refurbish reusable packaging materials to ensure they meet company standards.

Build and assemble packaging according to specifications and operational requirements.

Identify damaged or non-reusable packaging and escalate for disposal or replacement.

Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment through regular housekeeping and organization.

Accurately update and maintain inventory and packaging status within internal systems and upload digital documentation.

What's Needed?

Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs independently.

Experience operating manual and/or electric pallet jacks.

Attention to detail in physical tasks and administrative duties.

Basic comfort with computers and internal tracking systems.

Dependability with strong attendance and punctuality in a schedule-driven environment.
