We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Analyst to join our team, supporting the Engineered Items commodity team by managing sourcing operations, contract administration, and supplier coordination activities. This role is pivotal in driving execution of procurement processes, cost-reduction initiatives, supplier transitions, and data-driven reporting across various platforms.
Responsibilities
Support the Engineered Items commodity team in sourcing operations and supplier coordination activities.
Manage contract administration and supplier transitions.
Drive execution of procurement processes and cost-reduction initiatives.
Provide data-driven reporting across SAP, Power Steering, and Tableau platforms.
Assist in end-to-end Approval Change Notice process, including documentation and coordination.
Coordinate with various teams to execute projects on schedule.
Implement and support SAP workflow for efficient execution and tracking.
Manage project forecasts, status notes, and milestones in Power Steering.
Generate reports to support commodity team reporting and decision-making.
Update the Parts Sourcing Library (PSL) with parts and pricing information.
Perform data analyses leveraging PSL data sets.
Maintain and update sourcing details and spend data.
Assist in negotiation preparations and contract approvals.
Develop work transition documentation, including risk profiles and business cases.
Build project plans with defined milestones and stakeholder assignments.
Manage procurement platform case files and issue RFQs.
Ensure data integrity and progression of sourcing events.
Extract and analyze data from SAP to support reporting and cost analysis.
Present data clearly to support leadership visibility into project status and financial performance.
Assist in pulling blueprints and classification data as requested.
Follow up with suppliers for compliance and trade documentation.
Assist in updating input sheets for contract data load into SAP.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Access database.
Familiarity with SAP for data extraction and analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
US Citizenship required.

Execute compliance packages and manage contract actions.
Evaluate sourcing options to align with business unit needs.

Work Environment
The role is primarily office-based with potential for hybrid flexibility. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. The work schedule is flexible between 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines. Initially, the role is fully on-site in Winston Salem, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model. There is a potential for the role to become permanent, depending on business needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
