The Supply Chain Operations Analyst III supports complex logistics and supply chain operations by delivering high-quality data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and customers to optimize performance, ensure compliance, and provide actionable insights that support operational decision-making across the supply chain.
Responsibilities
Analyze complex logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for performance improvement.
Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate operational performance and insights to stakeholders.
Leverage ERP and TMS systems to extract, validate, and interpret large data sets in support of daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Support process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and tracking the impact of implemented changes.
Ensure logistics operations align with transportation and logistics principles, company policies, and applicable standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Assist with operations analysis and invoice processing to support accurate, timely, and compliant logistics activities.
Provide customer support related to logistics operations, performance reporting, and issue resolution.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, to perform detailed data analysis and reporting.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of relevant supply chain or logistics experience.
Exposure to complex or specialized logistics operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience working with ERP and TMS systems.
Proven ability to work with large data sets and translate data into operational insights.
Ability to develop clear, concise reports and presentations for a variety of audiences.
Solid knowledge of transportation and logistics principles.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
Experience in data analysis and operations analysis.
Experience with invoice processing and customer support in a logistics or supply chain @context.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with complex or specialized logistics operations is preferred.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and data visualization.
Experience creating and delivering operational presentations to stakeholders.
Familiarity with continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
Interest in ongoing professional development in supply chain, logistics, and operations management.
Work Environment
This role is 100% on-site and follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position operates in a professional office environment that supports complex logistics and supply chain operations, with regular use of ERP and TMS systems, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
