[As the Warehouse Manager supporting an automotive manufacturing operation, your day begins on the floor---not behind a desk. You start each shift by leading a quick huddle with your team, reviewing attendance, assigning coverage, and making sure every forklift, scanner, tablet, and radio is ready to go. [Throughout the shift, you move between production areas, storage locations, docks, and raw material zones---troubleshooting issues, clearing bottlenecks, and ensuring materials get where they need to go to support production. You keep a close eye on inventory accuracy, cycle counts, trailer movements, housekeeping standards, and any deviations from standard work. When an issue pops up---like a material shortage, equipment failure, or safety concern---you escalate it quickly to protect production and maintain compliance.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[You also spend part of your day coordinating special projects like repacks, storage re-layouts, waste removal, or space optimization. You coach new team members, reinforce expectations, and provide feedback that helps your team operate safely and efficiently. What You'll Do

[ Monitor safety conditions and immediately address hazards or non-compliance]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[ Oversee receiving, storage, line-side delivery, shipping, and returnable container flow]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[ Ensure housekeeping and 5S standards across production support areas]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[ Keep inventory accurate through daily checks, cycle counts, and root-cause analysis]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[ Coordinate trailer movements and track trailer inventory (empty and loaded)]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
