Setting: Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Miona Geriatric & Dementia Center - Ideal, GA

Pay: state range $47 to $70 per hour

Qualifications:

Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
