Now Hiring: Sales BDC Manager

Anaheim Hyundai is seeking a Sales BDC Manager to join its top-tier sales department. Our team consists of experts experienced in selling an incredible vehicle lineup and some of the most popular cars on the road. Schedule: Full Time - (Mon - Saturday; 5 days a week) Schedule TBD

Pay: $6,000-$8,000 + Bonuses

What You'll Do

Develop and implement a solid follow-up process and document success rate.

Ability to multi-task to manage phone & internet traffic.

Collaborate with sales team on leads to optimize positive results

Training team members on phone & internet communications & sales skills.

Write routine reports and correspondence; calculate figures and amounts such as commissions and percentages.

Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

2+ years of BDC/Dealership Sales experience Preferred

People Management Experience Preferred

Experience with Vin Solutions a plus

Previous Hyundai/Kia experience a plus

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication

High School Diploma or equivalent. College Degree preferred.

Computer literate/knowledge of Microsoft Word & data entry skills.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
