BASE PAY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT
This role supports a new delivery program launch in New Mexico by recruiting local businesses to join a hub delivery partner program. You will spend most of your time in the field visiting prospective businesses, presenting the program, qualifying leads, and guiding them through the application process. You will collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to drive partner acquisition through direct outreach, community partnerships, and recruitment events. The position involves regular travel within a two-hour driving radius and offers uncapped commission based on the number of partners successfully onboarded.
Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a 90-minute driving distance to generate new partner leads.
Present and pitch the delivery program opportunity clearly and persuasively to prospective businesses to drive interest and applications.
Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them step by step through the application process.
Lead and track all prospecting and follow-up activities in Salesforce, maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline.
Collaborate with the Field Manager to plan, coordinate, and host community-based recruitment events such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
Work with the Field Manager to engage local influencers and organizations, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and expand outreach.
Import and manage Excel spreadsheets in Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective partners by addressing questions, resolving issues, and supporting them through onboarding.
Meet or exceed recruitment and conversion goals to maximize commission opportunities and support the success of the delivery program.
Travel within the assigned territory, including up to a two-hour drive each way, to cover targeted towns and recruitment events.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Proven outside or field sales experience, including door-to-door or territory sales.
Hands-on experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools; Salesforce experience is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with business owners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain program benefits and requirements.
High sense of urgency and the ability to manage time effectively while working independently in the field.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately track activities and maintain organized records in Salesforce and Excel.
Problem-solving skills to support applicants and resolve issues encountered in the field.
Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technology tools.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily within the territory.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Residence within the local area is highly preferred to support effective territory coverage.
Prior experience in roles involving sales negotiations with customers is a plus.
Experience in field sales beyond door-to-door work is a plus.
Demonstrated professionalism and enthusiasm for collaborating with others in a team environment.
Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed recruitment targets.
Comfort working in a performance-driven environment with commission-based incentives.
Work Environment
This role is primarily field-based, with work in the field approximately three to four days per week and remote work from home on non-field days. You will travel regularly within the assigned territory, including drives of up to two hours each way, to visit businesses and attend recruitment events. The position requires frequent in-person interactions with local business owners and community organizations, as well as regular collaboration with a Field Manager and other contractors. You will use technology tools such as Salesforce and Excel on a weekly basis to manage your pipeline and report activity. Mileage is reimbursed, and the role offers uncapped commission with structured incentives tied to key milestones in the partner onboarding process.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
