We are searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our client's vibrant team in picturesque Encinitas. If you love fostering a positive guest journey from arrival to departure, this is the role for you.

Your Impact:

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in shaping our guests' first and last impressions. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily front desk operations and ensuring efficient workflow.

Mentoring, training, and scheduling front desk associates.

Expertly handling guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations.

Maintaining accurate guest records and financial transactions.

Collaborating closely with housekeeping and concierge teams to ensure seamless service.

Upholding the highest standards of hospitality and customer care.

Requirements

1-3 years of supervisory experience in a hotel front office or similar guest service environment.

Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine desire to assist guests.

Familiarity with property management systems; willingness to learn ours if needed.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree or certification is a plus.
