The Manager, Sourcing role leads strategic sourcing initiatives by managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, and ensuring product quality and timely delivery. Lead sourcing initiatives and mentor team members on sourcing activities and best practices.
Utilize market knowledge and digital tools to enhance strategic sourcing and procurement processes.

Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management within complex supply chains.
Strong negotiation skills to achieve cost-effective sourcing solutions while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
