What you'll do...
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and hiring timelines.
Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies addressing critical talent gaps.
Utilize data analytics and market insights to inform decision-making and optimize sourcing approaches.
Guide hiring managers on candidate assessment frameworks and interview best practices.
Manage multiple projects using agile methodologies to deliver efficient recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support workforce planning.
Continuously improve processes to enhance candidate and stakeholder experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
