Our client, a supermarket retailer, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting high-volume supermarket and retail store hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Retail Recruiter

Location: San Jose, CA

Contract Length: 2 months

What's the Job?

Support high-volume recruitment efforts for supermarket retail and general store staff positions

Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and store leadership

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting updates within internal systems

Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling, onboarding steps, and hiring updates

Assist with recruiting events, administrative tasks, and other hiring support activities as needed

What's Needed?

Previous experience in high-volume retail or supermarket recruiting environments

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting

Bilingual in English and Chinese and/or Spanish is highly preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is a plus
