As a Material Program Manager (MPM) you're a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership. In short, you're able to lead and influence cross-functional teams without having any direct reports.

What You Will Do
Develop and execute material program plans, subcontract management plans (as applicable)
Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program responsibilities & proactively manage mitigation plans
Completing quarterly financial management reviews using Earned Value Management through the EAC (Estimate at Complete) process
Balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs
Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Collaborate with supply chain functions for support as needed
Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues
Support all gate review and activity, EAC review, program review and risk and opportunity management reviews
Oversight of subcontractor execution performance
Must obtain MPM certification level 4 within 1 year of hire.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience
Experience in supply chain and related systems, program management, procurement, MRP, cost estimating, and/or finance
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain or similar
Active Secret Clearance
Certified Material Program Manager to Level 3
Experience with budgeting and financial management, issue and conflict resolution, supplier negotiations and how to influence an acceptance in execution of cost reduction opportunities
Experience with Project Management, MRP Systems and or tools such as PRISM and KINAXIS

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
