Our client, a leading manufacturer in the beauty and hair care industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting daily packing and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $19/hr.

Shift: First Shift: 5:30am - 2:30pm

What's the Job?

Support all day-to-day packing operations in the manufacturing facility

Pack orders efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

Ensure accurate packaging procedures including labels, instructions, and brochures

Assist with restocking shipping labels and products at sourcing stations

Support the shrink wrapping of outgoing pallets and organize workstations

What's Needed?

Ability to pay close attention to detail and follow instructions

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Flexibility to work overtime as needed and adapt to changing priorities
