Job Summary:

The candidate will work as a Demand Planning Associate in Supply Chain team, focusing on predicting consumer demand using historical sales trends and statistical models while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Finance for integrated planning. They will also be responsible for data analysis to track forecast accuracy and support inventory optimization to prevent stock issues.

Responsibilities:

· Support the creation and maintenance of the monthly baseline demand forecast for a specific portfolio of products, using historical sales trends and statistical models.

· Actively participate in the S&OP process by collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to integrate promotional plans, new product launches, and market intelligence into the forecast.

· Utilize internal reporting systems to track forecast accuracy and bias. Analyze deviations to identify root causes and provide actionable insights to the planning team.

· Support the supply team in aligning demand signals with inventory targets to ensure high service levels (preventing Out-of-Stocks) while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.

· Contribute to ad-hoc supply chain projects, such as catalog rationalization (SKU productivity) or sustainability initiatives within the planning cycle.

Requirements

· Must have received a Bachelor's or Master's degree within the last 12 months (preferably in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, or Mathematics).

· Strong analytical skills are required. You must be comfortable working with large datasets and identifying trends. An Engineering degree or a background in statistics is a plus.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) is essential. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships. You will need to "storytell" with data to non-technical stakeholders

· Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a keen eye for detail.

· High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural awareness. You should be self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic, and maintain a "customer service" orientation toward internal partners.

Pay Range: $23.00 - $23.00/ Hr.

Shift: Hybrid, Mon-Fri, 8 Am to 4:30 PM

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
