Pay Rate: $27.32 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed06:00 AM - 02:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a defense-focused location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized access and unusual activity.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or access authorization, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and security-related concerns according to site protocols.

Support emergency actions by assisting with evacuations, access control changes, and coordination with public responders and/or site management during incidents and special situations.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.

Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
