IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - HYBRID SCHEDULE OFFERED

FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM

HYBRID - 2 DAYS REMOTE, 3 DAYS IN OFFICE

CHARLOTTE, NC

$25/HR

Qualifications:

2 years of administrative assistant experience

Experience working with B2B accounts

Experience processing credit or invoices, or managing billing/payments

Microsoft Excel proficiency

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry, account boarding, and quality control checks for new merchant accounts.

Validation of paperwork, data entry and validation of systemic work

Conduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Help implement the 100% QC process for Add Locations to improve accuracy and cycle times.

Clearly communicate errors

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.57 - $26.57/hr.
