We are seeking a forward-thinking Industrial Engineer to strengthen our manufacturing operations through continuous improvement, Factory 4.0 adoption, and structured Kaizen practices. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, coaching teams on Lean methodologies, and using data-driven insights to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall factory performance.
What You Will Do:
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma tools
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and implement robust solutions
Develop and execute Factory 4.0 strategies, including digital workflows, automation opportunities, real-time data systems, and smart manufacturing technologies
Analyze production data to identify trends, constraints, and improvement opportunities
Support the creation of standard work, process documentation, and performance metrics
Train and mentor team members to build a strong CI culture across the organization
Lead Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and structured problem-solving sessions
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure solutions are integrated effectively
Monitor project performance, verify results, and sustain improvements over time
Drive a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
Experience with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with data visualization tools and digital manufacturing systems (MES, IIoT, Power BI, etc.)
Qualifications We Prefer:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) with experience leading Kaizen/continuous improvement events.
Proficiency with simulation, time studies, ergonomic analysis, and related IE tools.
Knowledge of automation, sensors, real-time data capture, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Strong analytical and influencing skills; experience in aerospace, automotive, or similar manufacturing.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
