Work you'll do

As an SDET II on the Sales and Service team, you will be responsible for...

Execute testing activities across implementation, maintenance, and application development efforts

Create, run, and document test cases, test results, and defects

Support defect triage, retesting, and resolution tracking

Contribute to project deliverables, status reporting, and quality reviews

Our Sales & Service offering designs and implements sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures required to bring customer strategies to life.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another technical field

1+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or software development

1+ years of experience working in a Salesforce application environment

1+ years of experience creating and executing test cases and documenting defects

Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

1+ years of experience supporting public sector or government technology programs

Experience with test management or defect tracking tools

Experience supporting system implementation, maintenance, or modernization programs

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
