Why Work Here?
The company invests in entry-level talent by hiring individuals with little or no experience and providing comprehensive training in the low-voltage trade. Team members have clear opportunities for advancement, with many project leaders starting in entry-level roles and growing into leadership positions. Once brought on as a permanent employee, you gain access to a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid vacation and holidays. As you progress, you can qualify for lead roles that offer increased pay and eligibility for performance-based bonuses each quarter, creating a strong pathway for long-term career growth and financial stability.
Work Environment
This role is based on first shift, typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime required as project needs arise. Work takes place on a variety of job sites, including commercial construction sites, industrial facilities, and existing commercial buildings such as hospitals, schools, data centers, banks, and office buildings. All active work sites are vacant for these projects, and you will not work with live wire, contributing to a safer installation environment. You will report to the office on your first day and then travel directly to assigned job sites thereafter. The position requires consistent commuting within roughly 50 miles of the greater Nashville area, including locations such as Nashville, Smyrna, Murfreesboro, Franklin, Madison, and similar surrounding areas. The work is hands-on and physically active, involving regular use of hand tools and basic construction equipment in a professional field setting.
