The Job:
As a National Account Manager, you'll be part of our Lowe's team supporting the e-commerce business as a Hybrid employee living in the Charlotte, NC area. You'll get to:
Devise & implement a strategic sales plan for, with focus on core growth, promotional planning/execution, and margin improvement
Establish and own key relationships with SBD business partners
Take full ownership of the sales cycle which includes listings, presentations, execution, forecasting, POS projections/reviews, promotional planning, and billing estimates
Work with cross-functional partners including SBD Operations, Channel, Product, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Licensing, and other Commercial Teams to maximize growth and revenue within the channel
Communicate opportunities, issues, and trends to management and marketing teams
Coordinate and manage monthly billing cycle for business, demand planning, and unit based forecast supported by POS reports and seasonal trends
Effectively manage marketing, promotional and T&E budget
Coordinate and manage line review cycle to grow and expand our business
Continuously evolve and understand the competitive landscape in order to secure target channel position
The Person:
You're a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring new ideas to life. You're agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences. You're not intimidated by large amounts of data. In fact, you digest it and embrace it. You also have:
BS in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 6+ years of Account/Business Management and/or Sales Leadership experience
People-oriented leadership approach, are passionate about leader development, people-empowerment as well as coaching and modeling leadership behaviors to a nationally distributed team
Effective project management skills as well as strong negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills; strong financial acumen needed
Demonstrate an open and collaborative mindset, capable of working in a matrixed organization, regularly studying the latest online consumption/purchase trends, and are able to communicate and implement action plans against them across the business
Ability to use Microsoft suite, including and not limited to Power Point, Power BI, & Excel .
Ability to travel domestically15%

The Total Target Cash Compensation range for this position is $105,000.00 - $169,100.00
This is the lowest to highest total target cash compensation range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Total target cash compensation offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements. This role is eligible for a sales incentive plan or commission. Therefore, the total target cash compensation range is inclusive of base salary and target variable cash compensation. Please note that salary is only one component of total rewards at Stanley Black & Decker.?
