In Technology Strategy you will:
Serve as trusted advisor to the C-suite defining strategy at the intersection of both technology and business?.
Articulate a compelling technology vision with industry and functional expertise?.
Shape the role of technology in business strategies to capture market share.
Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on detailed assessment and analysis of current technology footprint.
Drive strategic opportunities which incorporate innovative technology solutions into broader business transformations.
Develop operating models and business cases leveraging disruptive technologies.
Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative insight, knowledge, guidance, and recommendations on a specific market-relevant technology strategy.
Pressure-test assumptions made by leadership teams, including AI-generated insights.
Validate AI-assisted analysis with logic, experience, and domain knowledge.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, modeling, and scenario analysis.
Use critical judgement to Know when AI outputs are directionally useful vs. when they are unreliable.
As a Senior Manager you will:
Lead large, complex technology strategy engagements and/or multiple workstreams, providing overall leadership across teams while mentoring and developing junior practitioners
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, including CIOs, CTOs, Digital Officers, and business executives, building long-term relationships that extend beyond immediate project delivery.
Shape and drive strategic conversations at the intersection of business and technology, helping clients define transformation roadmaps, operating models, and technology-enabled growth strategies.
Lead the development of thought leadership, market insights, assets, and intellectual capital aligned to emerging technology trends, including AI, digital core modernization, cloud, platform transformation, and technology operating model evolution.
Drive business development activities, including identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, developing proposals and statements of work (SOWs), and supporting pursuit strategy and client presentations.
Guide clients through complex decision-making and transformation initiatives, facilitating alignment across executive stakeholders and navigating ambiguity, organizational resistance, and competing priorities.
Lead cross-functional teams in the development of business cases, value realization strategies, and operating models enabled by disruptive technologies and AI-driven capabilities.
Provide executive-level oversight and quality assurance across strategic analyses, recommendations, and client deliverables, ensuring clear linkage between technology investments and business outcomes.
Coach teams on the effective use of AI-enabled tools for research, synthesis, modeling, and analysis, while applying critical judgment to validate outputs and recommendations.
Contribute to practice growth through capability building, recruiting, mentoring, and development of high-performing teams.
Here's What You Need:
Minimum 3 years of strategy consulting experience at a leading consulting firm, or in an internal consulting role
Minimum 7 years of proven experience in at least one of the following areas: operating model strategy, M&A, technology value and cost take-out, or technology-enabled revenue growth strategy
Minimum 7 years of experience developing business cases, strategic assessments, and executive-level recommendations
Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams and managing complex workstreams, including planning and structuring analytical work, facilitating executive and client workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations
Demonstrated experience managing client stakeholders and supporting executive-level discussions across business and technology organizations
Experience driving strategic technology transformation initiatives from assessment through execution planning
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Bonus Points If:
Comfortable leveraging AI tools for research, synthesis, modeling, and analysis
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply business judgment to validate recommendations
Understanding of data limitations, bias, governance, and model risk considerations
MBA or equivalent graduate degree
Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge assumptions, pressure-test recommendations, and develop creative solutions
Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop junior team members into future leaders
Strong executive communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive-level messaging
Experience leading insight generation and strategic recommendations through advanced analytics, financial modeling, and visualization tools
Ability to develop practical transformation roadmaps supporting large-scale technology modernization initiatives
Experience managing multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously within fast-paced consulting environments
Strong project and program management capabilities, including risk management, executive reporting, stakeholder alignment, and escalation management
Experience contributing to business development efforts, proposal development, and/or thought leadership initiatives
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
