Job description

S3 Provides operational support for the preparation and maintenance of tax records, returns, and reports for internal and/or external clients. Supports the coordination of tax-related regulatory filings. Gathers required data elements, as needed, for various regulatory filings. Provides status updates on progress of data collection. Implements system and operational modifications to comply with more straightforward regulatory changes. Updates tax forms and information return layouts. Performs first-level quality assurance of tax deliverables for more complex clients in accordance with department policies. Tracks data needed for tax calculations. Reviews work of junior team members, resolves data discrepancies and escalates issues to more senior team members. Documentation experience W8 W9 tax form processing experience is a bonus No direct reports. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work. Experience in financial services or related field is preferred. Bachelors degree in a business discipline preferred.2-3 years of total work experience preferred.

Opening physical packages received from courier. containing tax documentation.Separating tax documentation by market.Assigning a reference number to each document.Scanning the tax documents and uploading to the Internal Tracking tool.Recording Generic Certificates of Residency in the Internal application.Knowledge of MS Office"
