Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Lunes a Viernes

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant I? You'll be:

Supporting the preparation of purchase orders, commercial invoices, and office documents for shipping parts within the manufacturing industry

Archiving, scanning, and organizing service records, and making follow-up calls to clients in the United States and the Caribbean

Ensuring office files are organized and ready for supplier audits by manufacturing clients

Reporting to the office administrator and collaborating with team members to maintain efficient office operations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have university studies (preferred) and a minimum of one year of office experience

Are proficient in Microsoft Excel, invoicing, and Microsoft Office applications

Are fully bilingual (Spanish and English)-this is required and non-negotiable

Can work full-time hours on-site and are available for immediate training
