Position Title: Administrative Assistant II

Position Type: Temporary

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Location: Barceloneta, PR

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for various administrative functions within the Human Resources department, including:

Answering phones and managing calendars.

Scheduling travel, handling correspondence, and processing expense reports.

Preparing and formatting documents and presentations.

Managing electronic employee files and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

Assisting with HR functions such as talent acquisition and new hire orientations.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years in administrative roles, preferably in HR.

Language Skills: Fully bilingual; strong English writing skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is a plus.

Education: High school diploma required; degree in business or administration preferred.

Work Environment:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (onsite).
