Install Work Coordinator

Job Description

Coordinate permit processing and post-installation inspections

Handle warranty paperwork and records administration

Assist with scheduling parts-pending jobs

Coordinate office workflow across install and service teams

Create and release purchase orders for vendors

Align documentation for invoicing and forward to accounting

Act as vendor liaison and respond to customer inquiries

Answer phones, handle correspondence, and perform data entry

Run system queries and maintain accurate records

Support a high-volume operation during peak summer months

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a top home services client. This individual will support one of the install and service teams by coordinating permits, inspections, workflow, and light billing processes. The environment is highly collaborative, working alongside sales managers, master plumbers, install managers, a large admin team, installers, field technicians, and parts teams. This role is ideal for someone who stays cool under pressure, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and thrives during busy seasons when business volume spikes significantly. Comprehensive training is provided through shadowing and structured onboarding, making this a great opportunity for a teachable, driven administrative professional looking to grow in a stable, union-backed role with earning upside through incentives

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in administrative support for install or service teams

Exposure to billing processes, POs, or invoicing workflows

CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

Scheduling, dispatch, or workflow coordination experience

Experience working with vendors or field operations teams

Notary experience
