Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Schedule: Flexible Hours

Setting: Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility

Locations available:

Sunrise Villa - Irene, SD

Sunset Manor - Irene , SD

Sunshine Terrace - Irene, SD

Wakonda Heritage Manor - Wakonda, SD

Pay: $38 to $50 per hour

Qualifications:

Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
