The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist overseeing the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, maintaining alcohol PAR levels and ordering, beverage inventory, billing, and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel (for example, preparing and distributing captain's reports, supervision of set up and clean up). The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.

Qualifications:

? Who We're Looking For

We're excited to welcome a motivated professional to join our Food & Beverage team!

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Food & Beverage management and/or supervision, preferably banquets

Knowledge: Background in wine and beverage service (preferred)

Skills: Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to a flexible work schedule

Teamwork: A collaborative spirit and commitment to being a supportive team player

Leadership: Energy, vision, and the ability to inspire others as a dynamic leader

Schedule & Pay:

Flexibility required with primary PM shifts and ability to close.

Pay is commensurate w/experience
