Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products according to daily work orders and instructions, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.

Responsibilities

Check the assembly schedule daily to confirm tasks for the day.

Count product parts to ensure sufficient inventory for assembling standard filter vials, nano filter vials, capping, and crimping, and notify the supervisor of any damaged or missing parts.

Assemble products following work orders and work instructions on a daily basis.

Operate crimping and capping machines as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in assembly and use of tools in a production environment.

Basic arithmetic skills to perform counts.

Ability to understand and follow work instructions in writing or verbally.

Attention to detail in all tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with mechanical assembly is a plus.

Ability to use hands and/or fingers with fine dexterity constantly.

Capability to grasp and hold consistently.

Work Environment

The position operates on the first shift from 6am to 2:30pm in a cleanroom environment, requiring the use of gown, gloves, hairnet, and face mask. The role involves standing for 8 hours a day.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
