Assembler

We're hiring Assemblers to support hands-on production work in a manufacturing environment. This role is a strong fit for candidates with assembly, production, construction, or general labor experience who are comfortable working with tools.

Job Responsibilities

Assemble products from start to finish

Use hand and power tools such as drills, screw guns, and nail/staple guns

Read and follow work instructions and production lists

Measure materials using a tape measure

Inspect work throughout the process to ensure quality

Identify and report material or quality issues

Move and handle materials as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Required Experience

6+ months of assembly, production, or general labor experience

Ability to use hand and power tools

Ability to read a tape measure

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Basic reading and math skills

Preferred Experience

Construction or carpentry

Mechanical assembly

Blueprint reading

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.
