Mass Tort Litigation Paralegal A plaintiff-side litigation firm in Manhattan is seeking a full-time Mass Tort Litigation Paralegal to support complex, high-impact litigation involving pharmaceutical, environmental, toxic tort, and other large-scale matters. Role Overview This role supports the case-wide litigation team, focusing on issues common to consolidated mass tort actions, including discovery, expert coordination, and court filings. The paralegal works closely with trial attorneys and leadership counsel across multiple firms and will also assist with bellwether trial preparation when applicable. Key Responsibilities Maintain litigation calendars and monitor court dockets Prepare and coordinate expert and fact depositions Draft, respond to, and organize discovery materials File motions and other pleadings with the court Manage and disseminate large volumes of case-wide documents Coordinate with co-counsel and leadership teams in consolidated actions Support bellwether trial selection and preparation, including client communication and file development Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Paralegal or prior legal office experience a plus Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Litify/Salesforce is a plus Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management skills Ability to handle large datasets and complex subject matter Ideal Candidate Attributes Motivated, dependable, and professional Detail-oriented and highly organized Adaptable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $63,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and paid time off Work Arrangement Full-time, Monday-FridayBeacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
